Bartending.
I have always wanted to be a bartender, I know almost all the drink mixes and even some of the harder ones that are on fire
Even once in a while practicebottle tossing and flipping but it upsets the wife.

When I was younger I wanted to be a meteorologist. I went to school for physics. I taught high school for a year and then I applied for and received a job with Dean Witter.
