::Help:: Popup hell opening Free6.se
Ok, I need help removing this virus or trojan - don't know what it is just that I have someone's computer to fix and cleaning the registry of all sorts of stuff still didn't work.
It opens Free6.se and then a whole slew of pages. Any help? |

Helix, thanks but been fixing the computer for about 5 hours now between cleaning/deleting/removing - done all the googling I could - nothing works
 Nicky - it pops up at 5 minute intervals right? When I started online, I thought free6 was a legit site, guess it sold or he changed his outlook on the biz - his UCJ trades must benefit from it though. |

natkejs - you're right, there's nothing there - but this trojan/virus or wtf it is, leads to free6.se - unfortunately for him, if it's not him, it does look like it (or someone has it in for him) BTW, tried what he mentions still doesn't work The other one from Helix - although I found an x.cab file, the computer didn't have the ied_s7m.cab I finally got it to stop loading the page - although the popup still opens up. 6 hours & I'm fed up so he took the computer home but will bring it back I'll actually try this Hijackthis when he gets back! |
