I've emailed CCBill about a prob I just noticed.

My net sales have dropped overnight and...

I've discovered that a lot of the affiliate notificaion emails that poured in yesterday have been duplicated. One or two were both sent yesterday 13th, and a couple were sent originally on the day of the affiliates sale as normal, earlier this week...

Check your stats and emails, in case you have the same prob...

But at least they're getting there. I emailed them earlier about the drop in the sales figure, and they replied within minutes saying it was due to the late affiliate payments. That's what made me look at the email notifications and found duplicates..

All we need now is for CCBill to have the net figure to be the real one showing what we will receive after all deductions and hold backs etc. The only processor I know to have ever shown this was AC/EGS Pay ,as we webmasters were asked what we wanted from our reports. I hate seeing one figure and less arrive in the bank.. I've asked them to change to this way so many times

But I still love them, as their support and accts. dept put up with a lot from grumpy old me after nearly 6 years with them
