Would you use something like this? Automated Fitness Training

I own a pretty comprehensive fitness site that currently just allows users to track workouts and diets amongst other things (www.bodygain.com)

we're developing an automated training system that will analyze each aspect of the user's workout entries and diet entries.

for example, it will analyze 5 different aspects of workout entries - and using popular fitness standards it will compare the data of your workout in conjunction with your body, progress, and goals - and output a sequence of responses on areas that you could improve on (down to the amount of sets, reps, exercises, muscle groups, length, etc...)

not only will it do that, but it will also prepare a suitable workout/diet plan to each and every specific.

to avoid one big problem which is the controversy over "how to train" and "how to diet" - we are developing optional training response protocols that are based around other popular fitness methods like HIT, HIIT, HST, SuperSlow, etc... - but by default we're basing it around ISSA Fitness Standards

It will be a lot like IA - because of the fact that everyone responds differently to certain variables - based on bi-weekly required weigh-ins and body measurements (as well as endurance and strength gains/decreases) - it will adjust the responses it gives with the way in which your body responds in mind.

Ultimately, this would be as accurate as possible without hiring a real fitness trainer - and would be kept at a minimal price probably around $4.95 a month.
