    This is why we hate fucking banks........

    Made a fucking $1800.00 deposit on Tuesday, STILL not showing up online or when we call Customrer Service. This account is used for ONE thing...... Deposits to cover PayPal and other banking online. Cash fucking deposit, no checks. This is bullshit, time to find another bank.

    Spam me with a bank who has a clue.

          Wells Fargo is instant on checks and all.. Bank of America is ok.. They all are good and suck for various reasons but only the big banks have the perks..

                                              that's the one thing i truly miss about Canada... the banks

                                              US banks suck horse cock... so goddam backwards, like it's still 2001

                                              1. making us fill out deposit slips like peasants (no need in Canada)

                                              2. ATM and teller transactions only ever show up the next day (instant in Canada)

                                              3. POS transactions show up a few days later (instant in Canada)

                                              it's as though the US bought their baking system from Croatia or something

                                                  Not sure where you live so I can't recommend a bank.

                                                  Until you find a new bank, just ask the teller when the funds will become available and ask for it in writing.

                                                  A few years ago, a bank manager put a 10-day hold on a 10k deposits and, needless to say, I bounce checks and was charged over draft charges. I did complain and had the charges refunded but I had to bitch about it.

                                                  I learned to make separate deposits; in state, out state and out of country. Little did I know that one check would hold up my total deposit.
