I think it rocks! Great colors and design. -
I think its nice. But playing the trailers, movies are way too shaky.
It got me dizzy watching them. There are ways of stablizing them.
Sorry for any spelling errors here, I am tired and ready to go home.

But I looked at it as a surfer..and on the second tour page the "play trailer" links lead to the join page.
Not sure if that is good.
On the 1st tour page they were three girls and I didn't watch any trailers with them, I clicked on the 2nd page and then I wanted to see a trailer of a girl and I got redirected to the join page.
I don't have any experience in runing paysites, but I think on most paysites the "click trailer" links are not misleading and they always lead to the video.
You should post here more to get more webmatsers promoting your site...or I can maybe try do that that for you....
PS and I think Cyber Age Dave had a good point about the "shaky" movies...I don't use ICQ anymore.Comment

You should add some hosted galleries to your program.
I hope that it will work much better than polish version.
