SEO question: foreign languages - GoFuckYourself.com

Let's say, I have some pr4 sites which have been indexed for a while... now, what if I put a link on them written in a foreign language, while the rest of the site is in english.

How will the SE's treat this? will it make my site look bad, or it can be considered as a sort of spam?
how beneficial will it be for the page I'm linking to? let's say this page is written in the foreign language and is targetting the foreign keywork.

every time you put in characters from a different language other than the default installed in the user's browser, he is gonna get a message do install fonts for that language, do you want that?

what if I use a foreign language which is installed on most browsers?

or if I find a way to bypass that message...

you can use Unicode UTF8, some foreign characters will be ok

if you can bypass that message - tell me ( i dont' think it can be done)
