Pedro would be the worse pick-up the Yanks could pull-off this offseason. His best years are definately past him. But he is not even a team player.
It's always all about Pedro. Who wants him 
And Posada is just saying what the organization wants him to say. Poasda has more cajones than that. He hates Pedro and would hate catching him. If Pedro becomes a Yankee, watch Posada get traded.

1st off, didn't everyone say the same things about Roger Clemmens for the last however many years? Also, when the Yanks sign Johnson, & really have a 5 man rotation again, I don't think Pedro's arm will not get as much abuse as it did in Boston.Originally posted by The Stickman

And I think it is hard to have the kind of attitude that Pedro exhibited in Boston, once he becomes a Yankee. With all the talent, and really no attitude problems, everyone just seems to fall in line when they play for Joe Torre.
Who knows? Personally it was kind of satisfying watching Wade Boggs ride the horse in pinstripes, and to have watched Clemmens be rock solid while he was a yankee.
