    Do Trial Lawyers Advise You To Not Show Emotion if your on trial like Scott Peterson ? My know it all friend claims that Defense Attorneys tell you not to show any emotion or reaction. Please settle this retarded debate were having lol

    I can't say. I've only been in trial once.
    I didn't have a lawyer, so nobody told me anything.
    I got my emotions out when I told nasty things to the cop that had his charge against me. I got fined.

      Well, I know the last time as the Judge was making his ruling my attorney put his arm on my shoulder to keep me from jumping out of my seat and motioned to not say anything as I was about to jump up and yell, "YIPPEE!!!" . . . so probably
