Woman left message to her husband

A woman trapped in the tower called home but her husband was asleep.

She left a gut wrenching message something to the effect of... a plane or bomb has hit the building she was trapped and she just wanted him to know that she will love him always...

He has not heard from her since. This message was played on msnbc tv channel.

You could hear the saddness and horror in her voice...

It made my heart sink..

Damn, that is really sad, I never heard that one yet. That's kinda like the story of the 2 dead firemen that were found embracing eachother, another sad story :-(

uh, I can't imagine. In the hopes of finding survivors, I can't imagine the things they find in the meantime, like body parts, and other things I don't care to mention.

When I was a high school in Marin Ca. there was a terrible accident on Mt. Tam where a couple guys that had graduated the year before drove right off a 500 foot cliff. One of the guys in my English class was a volunteer for the local paramedic search and rescue team and they were called to the scene really early that morning. My classmate had to help free the bodies from the truck - and that's when he recognized they were his friends.
There is so much pain when you are faced with lives cut short by tragedy.
