While we're talking about ccbill, anyone else not having any destination/referral urls showing up? I've had this problem since the 14th of October, got an email a couple of days ago saying it was fixed. Guess what, it's not fixed, I replied and no response yet.

There is no way this is a cash grab, not a chance at all. The Cadwell family are as straightup as they come and they are also wealthy and have tons of new business in the last 3 months. Why would they piss all that away to skim some joins? Like someone wouldnt notice? No way, I'd bet this is just a technical glitch which they will fix soon.

The server array to run large scale transactions involve many boxes and many different databases. Don't assume that because there are problems in the reporting databases that this also means that the transaction databases are also damaged.

Everyone should just chill and give them room to fix problems before they start in with the theories that CCBill is stealing money.

Overnight we had a scheduled maintenance with some of our reporting databases. This maintenance has taken longer than expected but all reporting should be back to normal shortly. This has to do with reporting and admin databases only. This has not affected transaction processing.

Sorry for the delay in the update and we hope to have everything resolved shortly. We should have posted an alert regarding the maintenance yesterday and apologize for the confusion this has caused.

Maintenance is ofcourse 100% ok. Whats not ok is doing it for 12 hours in a row without letting us know about it.

Anyone who believes CCBill is interested in "stealing" sales should not use our services. Our company has been built on our reputation. When the industry had issues 2 to 3 years ago, CCBill ate the massive Visa and MasterCard fines on behalf of our clients. We have never considered the possibility of stealing sales from our clients. We succeed when our clients succeed.

We do, however, encounter reporting and transactionn problems just like anyone else in the transaction processing business. We will never get into a public debate with our clients as we believe it is in everyone's best interest to work together in this industry. We appreciate everyone's patience and, as alwyas, if you have individual issues please do not hesitate to contact client support.

I'm glad that someone else is seeing this, these are the exact words that I've been telling my ccbill rep since moving over from ibill. I've never seen this drastic day to day sales difference without collaborating traffic increases or decreases. I'm also talking about drastic increased sales with no noticable increase in traffic???

webmaster reports are not up to date. with very few sales being reported for today, our password file is way up. sales arent being reported in the stats. yesterday's sales are also still completely missing.

You know..problems are fine...BUT over a 1/2 day fixing without a word to anybody??? We put trust in you and the only thing you can say is go somewhere else??? It seems like for the past month or so it has been a horrible roller coaster ride for everyone, we really need some consistency.. Some days hits are crazy high with no sales then hits are super low with a ton of sales, it doesn't make sense. Seems like every 3 days sales go up then drop like a rock the next. Then we have the stats problem.... i'm getting booted out like 50 times a day! You guys are going to lose clients very soon.....

Whats the chances that ccbill went tits up about a 5 weeks ago when they got an influx of new customers migratting over from ibill, and found themselves with not enough hardware or good enough software to handle the increase in traffic, and transactions and its literrally gagged the systems, which would account for the roller coaster effect certain people see from a day to day basis?

My stats are still at only 272 hits for today.

Sales are about 1:2000 overall for the month, probably about 1/3 of what I normally get... these are from programs I've been promoting for months, they fluctuate a bit but have never been this far off before.

I have noticed conversion ratios progressively getting worse for the last week, dropping to no sales in the last few days.

Update:

All transaction data should be 100% correct on client reports; on the affiliate side, everything is accurate and updated with the sole exception of the click data. We have people working on that part of it and it should get updated shortly.

To reiterate, this was a reporting issue, it did not affect any transactions or the tracking of, and the clicks should show up in the affiliate reports very soon.

We have people working on that part of it and it should get updated shortly.
