New forum tons of traffic what now?

Hey Guys just bought a pretty big BB forum over at www.bikinibikini.com and I am wondering what to do with it. It has quite a large membership base, lots of traffic and I see a lot of room for potential.

First thing I am goign to do is create an optimized directory of paysites and I am wondering if you Adult Guru's can point me in the direction of the best paying most honest adult affiliate programs out there.

I dont know shit about adult but everything about getting traffic so gots ta be a way to bring this house down

It isnt about PR, its about the member base and traffic but trust me as soon as I start promoting it, she will have PR, not that it matters all that much.

The problem is, even though you have over 8k members..

1) I just went to memberlist.php and crawled all of their email addresses.

2) 99% of the members have 1 post or less.

I other words, now that you have made this post, that have downloaded your memberlist email addresses and that 99% of your members dont even post... the forum is worth about 10% more than

Hit the link to SponsorsList in my sig where you will find every adult sponsor out there and you can search by niche...so you can list them that way on your site or other ways to break down available sponsors.

I am not concerned with the forum as far as membership etc goes, my intent is to get the traffic from ranking on Google, Yahoo, MSN etc the fourms main function from a value standpoint for me is to create usinque pages of content to help build the authority and capture incidental traffic sources that I would not have even thought of targeting in a million years.

2. When they signup for a free membership, display a remote signup box from Epic Cash's $0.50 per email program with their email address preloaded in the text box offering them more free pictures.

Great idea, does epic cash allow this?

About the 492 guests, it looks like the forum has about a 1 hour time out delay which is a great method of making the forum look more active to attract members. I do the same on sex forums, forgot how long though, maybe 10-20 minutes?

How can it have lots of traffic with zero PR?

Where is your traffic coming from if the links are contributing to your page rank?

What I do suggest is that you e-mail all your members and run some sort of promotion that once you reach 5-6 posts you get access to some free galleries or something... the free galleries being FHG's etc. Get some serious activity going =)
