    Do You Think Dr kevorkian should be in Jail ? He is trying to get an early parole because of poor health. Is this really how we want the government spending our tax dollars ?

      No, he should have NEVER been there in the first place imho.

      Why we continue to treat our animals better than we do our HUMAN loves ones is beyond me.

      We're not even talking about taking away the life of an innocent, unsuspecting fetus here, but the sick and/or elderly that WANT to die.

      Doesn't make sense to me, but generally religion doesn't.

              I don't know how he ended up in jail. This country is filled with ignorant bible beating rednecks, that is why.

              I hope he gets released very soon. Poor guy, he's got balls the size of a house and a huge heart!

                          Not only should he be released, but a law should also be made that if the elderly and terminaly ill want to die, it should be their right to do so by a humane method. There is just no point to continue the suffering and medical bills when there is clearly no hope and they have lost thier will to live.

                          I know for a fact that I would not like to be laying in bed for months or years in considerable pain, waiting to die, while cancers slowly eats me alive, all the while running up a huge medical bill and putting unnecessary financial burden on my family.
