brizzard start lifting weights and increase the ammount of food that you do eat (healthy if you want to gain muscle mass, crap if you want to gain fat) Eat meals 6 times a day. I need more info on your goals, stats, ect to tailor what exactly you should eat. Make eating your life.

i do an hour of weight lifting 5 days a week, and i eat about 5-7 meals a day
im gonna follow OWNED's diet, i dont eat enough pasta/bread/fish

do not listen to anythin owned says, some of it is correct but when it boils down to it he dont know what hes talking about (tape worms in eggs) dont lift 5 times a week you will overtrain, limit it to 3 days a week 45 min per session, heavy weights 3 sets of 8 reps
thanks for the info guys, however i already bought the bacon for tonight.. so after tonight's meal of one pack of bacon, i'll follow the suggestions in here
