Happens every night. On average I lay in bed at least an hour - sometimes 2 and 3 hours - before falling asleep. I find breaking out the sex toys helps.

yeah i smoke almost every night before bed... that just makes my mind race more

i get too high before bed though, cant help it. get so high i sometimes forget im breathing, and freak myself out a little.

Yes. I think it happens to all of us. my mind is constantly going over details, projects, budgets, everything you can think of. I usually try to watch something funny to take my mind to a different place before I go to sleep. Or take a hot shower before bed, relaxes you, calms the mind.
