                  On default they send checks.

                  Email accounting@ccbill DOT com and ask for wire...

                  20USD I think, could also be 15, don't know exactly

                      They do for 1000 $ + payments I think . You have to email the support

                              as long as you have like $100 or something like that owed to you they'll send a wire and it costs $15
