France wouldn't be asking for anyone's help any time soon. I'm pretty sure they are able to take this on all by themselves.

The US was in Africa wasn't it? We pulled out because it wasn't popular with the US public. That's fine. Let all of Africa rot, die of AIDS, and otherwise just let them rape and kill each other as they've been doing for decades.

I'm really not sure how people can sleep at night knowing that this goes on someplace in the world.
