Problem with American Law is that there are so many loopholes that lawyers exploit them with abandon.

The legal community is it's worst enemy and the legislative branch of our government is grossly negligent in curtailing these events.

Go to sex.com with HotBar installed and it is simply a big ad for sexsearch.com. If you go to sex toy sites all you see is AdamEve ads everywhere.
This especially sucks if you have just payed a buck to get that visitor to YOUR site.

Another one that pisses me off is that 'free porn portal' thingie that pops up and hijacks your browser and sends trojans at the user.
