Got a bad back these days and pain in upper back and shoulders...
Ok I am debating on new chair, switching form working only on laptop to buy a new computer and ergonomic or better keyboard. Seems laptop keyboard keeps my hands to close all day and that as started the stress in my back.
Anyone have any good suggestions, it's getting a bit anoying at times  I really make an effort on trying to have a better posture but seems all this pain started when I only used my laptop...

dump the small desk and leather chair and get a cushioned one and a big desk you can have plenty of room on, it helped my back
