    Do you fix your own car?

    Ok this isn't directed at those driving porsches. Or if you have a little shitbox you use to get around with and only break out the porsche in the summer for the babes.

    Do you do much of your own car repairs (oil, engine, breaks) or do most of you take it in?

    I get my knees dirty but I'm sick and tired of it.

                                                      HOWEVER, i do know how to replace the starter on a 92' Chevy Cavalier

                                                      had to learn that when i was 18 with my first car and couldnt afford a mechinic

                                                                      Yeah I fix my own car. Had the engine apart a few weeks ago. Atleast I know what is being done to it. I have heard some pretty dodgy stories about mechanics. Plus its a shitload cheaper.

                                                                              Yeah I do, however I managed to maim my finger yesterday when I changed on winter tyres. lol.

                                                                              Well, to be quite honest. I don't do the break and technical shit on my own anymore. I don't have tools, lol. But I do them with a friend of mine at his garage.

                                                                                          From '96 to present I just buy new cars and have the oil changed somewhere else.
