Urgent: What mailing system should i use?

hey, Guys.

Currently one of my websites become more popular, and everyday i got around 100+ clients' emails, each of emails i have to manually reply them and all these emails was loaded in "Outlook Express". and now i got 2 thousand emails in there, it's very hard to identify each new daily coming emails is from new clients or my former clients. and if i want to see all the emails of one specifical clients i have to copy this client's email and search in OutlookExpress. it's really lots of work to do and i'm really tired of it!

so.. what i'm wondering: is there any scripts or softwares there which can automatically creat a file for each client, everytime different clients' email can be automatically recognized and loaded to their own files, and once i login the member area i can see which clients have replied my email and how many new emails today! also if there is over 2 emails i didn't reply the clients, the system can remind with "urgent" or whatever.

please, please help me out. casue this can really save us lots of engeries and time, and your kindly assistance with this matter will be highly appreciated!

thanks again!

You can setup "rules" so when an email comes in with a specific address, words in the subject or body/etc. it can be moved to a specific folder.

I know Outlook and Thunderbird have this.

thanks..

but i've set some rules.. but still very hard to manage them.. cause too many emails first, secondly, can't creat 2000 even more folders for each clients. even more later on.. if clients becomes 10k? so.. i need a mailing system or a software, i gues..

If you can spend $50

http://www.xascripts.com/

Get the join4free script and use that to collect emails and send them to the users.

or you can look at hotscripts.com and find a free solution but I dont think the free ones can mail as many users at once.
