Super Size Me, which was a great doc, focuses on McDonalds but it's not specifically about them.

It's about ALL fast food.

McDonalds, Burger King, Wendy's, Taco Bell, KFC, Carls Jr., Jacks, Pizza Hut, Dominos, Papa Johns, Sonic etc.

They're all the same.. fattening addictive processed foods.

I admit I eat fast food from time to time, but will definitely restrict it to like once a month tops from now on.

i seriously eat fast food for lunch 6/7 days a week
i havent gained any weight
i dont notice any problems with my health

I watched that movie made a post about it and never have touched the stuff.

I have changed my diet and my eating habits.

It worked for me.

Im much more healty and I feel better.

I haven't eaten fast food in quite some time.. Just don't like the taste of it. I'f I'm going to eat out I'd rather eat at a nice restrant. However I do like a good Papa Johns pizza every so often.

when you eat 4 or 5 different items at a time, for every meal from any fast food chain your bound to get sick and/or fat.

2 egg mcmuffins, 2 hasbrowns, large coke for breakfast...a shake, a big mac, large fry, large coke, and then a cheeseburger for lunch and basically the same thing for dinner, what else did he expect to happen?

the movie really makes you think about your lifestyle as an average we have the ability to live till we are 85-90, but eating all that crap will slow down our life span. I have not eaten fast food in a long time and the thought of it make me sick. After a while you don't even want to eat it. Funny enough a salad makes you feel so much lighter and better. I don't know if it is just a mental thing but works for me.

When i come to USA, only about 3 weeks time traveling, i gained a lot of weight.
It was horiblle.
I am always had a nice figure, butafter i got back from US..o my god.
Now i back to normal..but i will never eat the fast food again !

People act like they needed a film to tell them excessive amounts of processed fast food is bad for them ...

The key to that movie was the mandatory "super-sizing" of every meal.

There is also a documentary about a woman who lost 15lbs in a month dining exclusively at McDonald's. She ate a lot of yogurt parfaits, salads and a few burgers here and there.
