usually i need them for sleep, but my doc has prescribed me everything for sleep problems, so I rotate between benadryl, ambien, xanax and valium

doc has me on .5 mg 4x per day , so i take em daily. Tbh i think i have built immunity to its effects and shit

Also take one paxil cr 37.5 mg per day

How is Valium compared to Xanax I never tried valium

xanax does create a tolerance, that is for sure....they might not like to admit it, but I have noticed it

valium to me works less than xanax for relaxation, but it also has a better relaxing feel when it comes on....xanax takes away the tension and anxiety, while valium just fucking relaxes you, but you can still tell there is tension

2mg a day, what is it prescribed for? anxiety?

I started getting panic attacks and anxiety , really bad ones.

It got to the point where it was really fcuking up my life. I would get like butterflies in my stomacj and shit like that.....

The paxil and xanax have helped alot tbh. Also seeing the shrink to get to the root of the problems is helping.

yeah, my wife gets panic attacks and has severe anxiety about everything...even little shit

she is just now starting treatment for it too...shrinks can help a lot, <cheese> but as they say, the biggest change comes from within </cheese>

I was prescribed those about 10 years ago and you can EASILY build up a tolerance to them. How long have you been on them? Consider having your Dr. switch you to a milder benzodiazapine with a longer half life.
