The real REASON that Halliburton gets these contracts (from BOTH sides of the politcal spectrum), is that they are the ONLY US owned company that has the size, experience, and resources needed to rebuild the energy infrastructure of an ENTIRE COUNTRY. You just can't get that job done with 15 smaller contractors all trying to co-ordinate.
