    Windows Media Player not showing vids?

    I can hear sound, but not see the video on .wmv files... and yes I use MSIE browser...

    this has been like this for like a month now...

    and yes all my updates are current EXCEPt for installing SP2

    any ideas?

                  Have you tried uninstalling it, then re-installing the latest version? (WMP 10)

                  That will normally fix this problem.

                                  i still say it's broken. I've seen this before where other things don't work, and it's almost always because they're broken.

                                      For some reason my MP doesn't play MPEG files anymore. Sucks, I tried everything. I ended up installing realmedia player for mpeg movies :-(
