I do not understand all this fuss around new born program - Erasercash .. Could somebody explain to me why are everybody so happy ?
I just tried it out with the second day's traffic from The Hun. 2 different animated banners on the gallery - upper and below the pics. And you know what ? NOBODY CLICKS
24 hours with the traffic of about 26 000 uniques (2nd day's posting) brought me 15 (!!!) clicks And of course no sign ups ..

So, I do not want to laugh at somebody. But explain me - why are you all so happy of the ratio (35:1; 85:1 and so on) if people do not click the damn banner ?

What's the deal of the ratio then ?
Maybe I will change my mind if you have an answer for it

Eraser type software shouldnt really be used as a main sponsor IMO unless the specific site or page calls for a product of that type. If you have 10000 horny surfers looking for porn, not many will stop and think "what if i get caught?". Same goes with affairs and cheating, do most people stop and think "what if i get caught?"

I think that's why there are high ratios. Not many clicks to the banner but people that do click have a certain interest and sign up or just want to see what the hell is this. I know things have slowed down since the introduction because I see it in my stats and of course my referral stats plus talking to others. I like the program and hope I can learn a better way to promote it.

Well my ratio is about 1:280 from mainly TGP traffic... I am pretty happy with it as an add-on to my galleries. I am also happy because I have 1 entry into the car draw - looking for another now!

Oh... I forgot to mention my point!...

Well the thing is, you have to work out how to sell it best to your traffic. Just experiment, dont make it the major sponsor and it should do OK! Take a look at the FPA's that they provide you with - text will always sell better than a banner with a product like that!

If anyone claims that he has 280:1 ratio - and 15 clicks a day with 26 000 uniques - then he must have only 1 SIGN UP IN 18 DAYS with this traffic !!!
Don't you think it is too low ? Why not to use more converting sponsors on THIS BANNER SPOT ?

I'm 1:41 so far this month with a blur console... and 404 traffic!

And yes I agree you will have less clicks because its a well filtered program. With ARS, I must be at 1:1500000 with that kind of junk traffic

If someone says they are converting 1:35 or 1:200, it doesn't mean they only got 35 or 200 hits, respectively. For instance I am currently 1:98 in Sept, with 390 clicks, which is pretty decent, considering the bulk of the traffic I am sending.

Also, keep in mind that the average click-thru rate from a TGP gallery on porn links is usually around 1%, sometimes less, not often much more. But click-thrus on something that is not directly porn-related, in my experience is usually a fair bit lower, but conversions are often better...

And Eraser Cash only counts hits to the 2nd page, so your 15 clicks was probably more like 40 or 50 to the first page, which still sucks pretty bad j/k not really. From 26,000 hits from The Hun, say at 1% clicking through to your primary sponsor, that would get you around 260 clicks, while your secondary sponsor Eraser Cash or whatever appeared to only get 0.2% click through rate. But was the Eraser Cash ad at the bottom of the gallery, below all the content? News Flash!!! Hardly anybody looks down there!!!

So depending on several things, mainly how well you market your sponsors, you can increase those clickthrus, but ratios are not as important as your bottom line - how much are you making?

The only thing I wanted to say, that probably I might meet more sign ups from those banner spots at the same time, if I'd use another PORN Sponsor..
As for your stats - I have no doubt that the ratio is damn high
I wanted to say that maybe it is not the product, the surfer is highly interested in ... That is why too little clicks are registered .. No ?

I'd even think that THIS product would be more popular on the CP, ZOO or Rape sites if anybody make them. The surfer there is threthened of getting caught.

Keep in mind that generally text links will get much better results. Surfers just don't respond as well to banners anymore. (but if you do use a banner, at least put some descriptive text below it)

I especially like the rotating java text links provided. The text changes according to whether it is work hours (9-5) or after work (at home with the family) in that person's time zone.

As for the CP, Beasty, etc sites, I'm sure you're probably right that such people would be more inclined to buy such a product, but I have no way of verifying that...anyone got Michael Jackon's email address?

Basically Blu Solutions the way I see it is that no program is the absolute best program or site to promote, everyone has their best converting products because they figured out exactly what works. Eraser Cash I have used it, its fairly good, I used it in email promotion the revenue it brought in was in line with many other products. The ratios look good as you said cause fewer people hit the banner. The way I look at a program is not the ratios cause everyone tracks different but how much money I have made.

Eraser cash is talked about more in GFY because its an adult.com program which this chat room is adult.com chat room. So of course you are going to get cheer leaders and more talk about it, its great promotion. If I had a chat room run by my program Platinum Bucks, I would expect to hear alot of the top advertisers shouting out how great they are doing also.

I didn't see this thread until this AM, but blue illustrates a marketing issues that all of us that promote Internet Eraser should be aware of.

1. It is found money = it is not you main sponsor. Use it as a secondary sponsor, and open it in a new window when they click. That's why we use it on blur consoles on AP, when their done looking at pussy, we scare them into buying. And since it doesn't cut into your adult sales, it's EXTRA money.

2. Try different linking. In order of effectiveness: 1. Consoles, 2. Text Links, 3. Banners. Be creative and write a little paragraph why surfers are unprotected and how they can save their jobs and families.

3. Less clicks, but a lot of buyers. That's why the ratios are so high. If they click, they are very likely to buy.

And finally, I would like to see the gallery you used to assess your ad use. We are adding new linking examples to make it easier to make $$ with Internet Eraser.

why is it kissing someones ass because a program works for you, I myself and a friend use the same program as a sponsor for our gallerys, We submit to the same places and use basically the same methods of getting trafffic but our gallery design is different, I have sales with that program and he doesnt, its all a matter of how you market it,

But if someone has logical reservations about anything, including adult.com programs, we want it brought out for everyone to discuss.

I tried erasercash a little while ago. I used a good looking little button, one I really liked. It did zip point shit. I took down eraser cash.

I kept hearing about it. And reading about it. And seeing more ads for it. So, I say what the fuck, and try it again, this time as a text link. What do you know, 1:80. Guess I was the only one who liked the button! LOL

Gonna have to try using it as an exit console on my AVS sites. If it's good enough for AP's tour, it's good enough for mine.
