Aside from the network upgrade issues we faced with Foundry's gear, which was resolved roughly 3 weeks ago, the majority of results on WHT speak highly in regards to Sago's service and support. The network was upgraded to handle capacity growth of up to 60Gbps. Slow servers are typically the result of a NIC setting mis-match between the port / duplex speeds. If anyone has any issues that they need to have resolved, please feel free to contact either Jason or myself directly, and we will be happy to assist you further.
