Kerry will have to take 63% of those 600,000 votes to win barely.

You have to remember that not all provisional ballots (estimated around 250,000) will not all be counted.

I am trying to find a way to see how he can still pull it off. But unfortunately, don't think he will.

Many of the precincts with uncounted ballots are Democratic strongholds (oddly enough).
