Second like your buddy AMP...it would have saved us all a lot time had you simply asked how the site worked VS attacking it.

I don't recall attacking your site in any way. But I'll be sure and add that to my list of responsibilities when doing a favor critiquing sites and looking for weaknesses in it... now I also need to extract all the technical details of each sites operations from the owner prior to offering input.

I agree with Fade, there was no need for you guys to jump on him. I have been involved with sites like this in the past, and they are completely legit unless they feed the site with pics that they just grabbed off of the net. Sites like his and others like hotornot.com, are sent in by people. You have to assume that the person sending in the pic actually owns the pic. That is why the button is there, in case it isnt owned by the person, then someone can notify the webmaster and action can be taken.

So find out how a site operates before making accusations and jumping all over that person. It would save everyone a lot of trouble in the future.

Okay fade.... that's cool. I hope you at least got something out of all this though, because I'm sure you're probably going to have a tough time finding anyone here willing to help you in the future knowing what can be expected in return from you.

Rivux... That might be one way of looking at it... assume the person has rights to post said pic, But that is NOT what the International copyright agreement says. Canada signed it too. It states you will know EXACTLY who has the rights, and be able to prove it upon request...

I never got into this to start a fight, but when someone wants to p*ss on the accepted-passed laws, then I get my back up. If *we* obey them then others should too. If you don't LIKE the law, talk to your own government to change it.
