    Breach of contract fee for my cell phone : 720 $

    I was sick of their peice of shit system so I told them to break my fucking contract .

    I get the bill today they charged me 720 $ + some other crap ... mother fuckers.

                                          I got out of my contract for free. Just kept calling and calling in my free time telling them there service sucked. Eventually you'll get to someone who can cancel your contract.

                                          Tell them you have alot of droped calls. They'll tell you a % ( which is bullshit, they have no idea ) and then tell them you have been tracking it and it's much higher.

                                                                          All you have to do is tell them that if they try and screw your credit you will sue them for $15,000 for breach of contract...Trust me they don't have a leg to stand on if they didn't provide the service promised...

                                                                                  When I cancelled mine with BCTel they charged me $800. That a quite a while ago now though. I had no money back then and it ended up going to collection and hurting my credit for years.
