What is a SWING STATE? And why do I hear it so much on the news.
I aint into American Politics... I aint even really into Canadian politics.... but I hear that Florida and Ohio are important swing states....
What makes these 2 states so important, compared to other bigger states such as Texas, Cali and NY? |

could 'swing' either way, not traditionally/historically or presently established as the state's population voting democractic party or democratic party.
hawaii is a good lil' issue this year.... usually disregarded as "too small and too isolated democractic state" to worry about (traditionally) to republicans, their 4 electoral votes are vital to both parties in this election. FF |
