IE 6 is gonna increase the dialer minutes i think

i just installed IE 6

when you click on a download link, you see these buttons:
OPEN, SAVE, CANCEL

they added the open button.
so for the newbie surfers, who are the ones getting raped by the dialers the most, it will be easier to open the exe file.

kinda like activex but this would bring better results i believe since it opens with a click, not automatically.

Rivux, I have been wondering the same thing.... I am usually all for keeping the most updated browser, but I have heard good and bad about IE 6.......

So what are ya saying? Now whenever someone clicks on download, we can now blame it on Microsoft when we get pissed off surfers emailing and calling us? Woohoo......... sounds good to me. I think I will put a link to upgrade to IE 6 on all my galleries. LMAO

Sorry..... I am in an odd as hell mood today...... I think I need more coffee....... or maybe less........ my veins are bulging with it now. LOL

So far I have noticed 4 new things with ie6. They added some new cookie security that allows you to specify which ones are downloaded. A new option to delete cookies, a spiffy new logo and the new save feature that was mentioned above.

It hasnt crashed on me yet, but its only been 20 hours or so of using it, so knock on wood, so all and all it isnt a bad release.

Something else i just found out with IE6 that I think is really cool and the only real usefull new feature, is that when you left click on an image, a little toolbar pops up that has save, mail, print and goto my pictures folder...they also added those same menus items to the right click menu.

Somehow I don't think Gates is going to take the blame if the FTC comes calling...
