I can fill up two hands with those in my family and peers in the adult industry... I counted at least 20 I can trust - with my fiancee at the top of the list.

I have a number of good friends that I trust to never do anything to intentionally hurt me but when it comes to complete and total trust I am starting to scare myself with how few I would actually trust with my life or something that would honestly have to be a secret from everyone but the person told.

Only a few. And I mean no more than 3 people as far as completely, solidly trust. But trust always has to be gained. And I agree with above there are layers of trust with different people you meet and know.
