well, the leather Ottoman in this image was $150,000. not too bad really, as it was custom made. just throw a tray on it to use for drinks/snacks/etc. i have an end table being built as well, but it's not finished yet.

my cousin as a table that folds up to eat on etc and the folds back down. Pretty damn nice, I'm not sure how much it was but something I plan on looking into once I find a damn house here that I like. Furnitute is one thing I won't buy cheap on since it is something you use over and over and it is worth it in my opinion.

Not a good investment.
Nope. The worst part is when it does it arrive it will be chipped or broken and then you would have to send it back for another one.
So expect that coffee table be in your house in 12-16 weeks.

I'm not sure if this is (was) a coffee table, but I don't have it anymore

My dog was happy, jumping like crazy and broke it.

I hope that comma is the equivalent of a period in American usage because otherwise that means you spent a tenth of a million dollars on a small piece of furniture!

Nice comparison! I think the price tells of the quality. It's better to buy that much if it is sure of its durability and good quality.
