    Can somebody tell me how to turn on SYSTEM RESTORE on windows XP?

    I'm trying to upgrade my media player and it says that my system restore is turned off. Does anybody in here know the steps I gotta take to turn it back on?

      right mouse click on my computer

      select properties

      there should be a tab called 'system restore' click that

      then check the box
