    You don't like something, then don't do business with them

    That easy.

    I see people not liking how people run businesses, outsource too much, etc... The easiest thing I then not to do business with these people.

    Just as consumers can make a stand by boycotting businesses they disagree with or don't like how they are doing something (see the recent Sinclair Group news), if you don't like something then don't do business with them.

    And on the opposite side...if you like how someone is handling something, then do more business with them. An example of this would be Acacia. If you couldn't help out with helping in the costs, then you promote the programs that supported the suit by promoting them more.

    Simple solutions.
