Do the test:
georgewbush.com Apparently, not everyone can access this site.  I'm in Europe and access is forbidden. It seems that people from Asia or South America can't access it neither ! |

i want that IP range to .htaccess out russia, china, north korea etc. any country who doesn't have a credit card, lol
they just hack anyway.

I mean, what's the point? Why would they do this?
Save bandwidth ?  This is just weird, i can't find a good reason they would do a thing like this since everyone can use a proxy to access the site ! |
