is there a progrma like advanceed submitter or chameleon submitter, but for submitting free sites to link lists?
if so, can someone idicate it for me?

Not sure.
But why not try getting chameleon and adding the linklists that you want to submit to, to your database and then submitting freesites. I could be wrong though...

There is! MIGHTY Submitter - one of the best submission tools ever! It has full support for LL, including niche recips. Of course you can submit to TGP/MGP too. It definitely has the best passphrase recognition system - click here for list of supported patterns. And many, many other cool features to leave other tools far behind...
