Warning: Firefox 1.0 PR fucked up my OS
spent 4 hours talking to tech support before someone that knew shit from shinola could tell me how the fuck to get to a dos prompt and able access the hard drive...

have you tried getting assistance from their forum support? http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewforum.php?f=38 hope you get it all fixed, Firefox is the best browser out there |

lucky for you he was working when you called the only thing i can suggest to avoid this in the future is get a copy of vmare and run all your apps inside of that. a min install of xp plus vmware can be a life saver plus it makes life easier when doing a full backup
