I know of one in Miami, on US 1. It is at the falls mall. You can sit in front of Barnies Coffee shop, and use the one from the Mac store.

i dont know about "free" but u can go to any starbucks & setup a tmobile wireless net account... they have monthly & per hour options.

Borders.com will list any of there locations in the local area. You can always hang out in the lobby of the Diplomat!!! since they have wi-fi.
