I always put mine on the entrance page of the sites. Even if it is a sub directory, if it is a free/avs site, I always put one on the entry page that I submit:
http://www.badsass.com/nurselopez/index.html Like here.... som eput theirs in a box like I have mine here, I like this way better because it doesn't take as much space and I can make it the size I want it..... but I always put them on the entry page of all sites. I play the "better to be safe than sorry" game on all mine. That's the way I do it, some others may do things differently, but I think for the most part you will find that most all of us put them on the entry page of our sites.
