Good news. Looking forward to next week's conference call. Time to move everything over to our EU business I guess. Less hassle, less fees, less headaches.

They didn't pay you till you have the money in the bank.

oh!

Well are you still processing with them? Or did you move all your new sales to another processor?

Good to hear they paid SOME EU clients...

As for me, I am seeing now the 2nd time this month a 'Check date NOT RECORDED' on my 19th statement. They did not pay my 5th wire nor did they pay the 19th money. Looking into the merchant statement shows: status: do not pay.

I mailed the support last week to get an answer like: We will post info on next payout dates soon...

I am in EU and processing with ibill since years now - latelly only older rebills.

Anyone else from the EU webmasters out there who did NOT get the last two payments? What could be the reason in those particular cases? Too few rebills - sending no new sales or what else??

Exactly the same situation for me iBill

Is iBill aware that in a "pre-chapter 11 situation" it's illegal to pay creditors randomly?

I think all of the big three billers have a clause in their terms that say they can hold payment if no new sales occur because of chargeback issues.

There is no chapter 11 in the EU.
