pay flat out 3 censt per search
as long as 75% of searches come from english speaking countries (us, canada, britain..etc.) then you get credit for all searches, even if a few foreign hits come in

I would prefer a percentage of the revenue myself. Not sure how robust your affiliate system is. Its win win for both parties. You won't have to payout for shit searches or if the surfer doesnt click thru. And the affiliate gets paid more for decent searches with high yielding keywords.
