Need help on register in CCBillEU.com!!

What is the requirement of CCBillEU?
I live in Thailand I want to use CCBILLEU.COM

Can I use package 1? or, Does package 1 suit for CCBillEU?

I got this email from Gibraltaroffshore
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
We could suggest the following 3 packages:

1) Gibraltar non-resident company without nominee service:
Company registration, all primary documents: GBP 290
Registered address and resident secretary: GBP 190
Apostille on the Certificate of Incorporation: GBP 35
Total: GBP 515

2) Gibraltar non-resident company with nominee services:
Company registration, all primary documents: GBP 290
Registered address and resident secretary: GBP 190
Apostille on the Certificate of Incorporation: GBP 35
Corporate Nominee director: GBP 180
Corporate shareholder services: GBP 220
Total: GBP 915

3) Gibraltar non-resident company with nominee services
(director is individual, EU resident) for opening the account with credit card processing company:
Company registration, all primary documents: GBP 290
Registered address and resident secretary: GBP 190
Apostille on the Certificate of Incorporation: GBP 35
Corporate Nominee director: GBP 480
Corporate shareholder services: GBP 220
Total: GBP 1215

----------------------------------------------------
Is it enough for CCBillEU if i apply for package 1?

Any company charge lower than Gibraltaroffshore ?

Thanks

I would assume that you've presented the nominee options as you're interested in retaining a certain level of privacy. If privacy is your goal then I would suggest another jurisdiction. Check out Jersey, I don't believe their nominee services will show you as the benificary on public records.

Its been a while since I went through all this so I would urge you to carry out your own research before making any decisions.

This may be misleading, or maybe I am not understanding something. This is the response I got back from offshoregibraltar.com (Fidelity):

My Question:

"What I need to know, is "who" sits in as my principal resident, or resident secretary? Who would provide me with two of the three pieces of information?

1) Social Security Number
2) Driver's License
3) Passport

"

Answer:

Vanessa Hully (from Fidelity):

"No, I'm sorry the UK nominee director does not provide the documents you require."

Is there something I am missing here? How do you deal with VISA/CCBill EU requirements seeing that there is no gibraltar resident that will supply the information that VISA/CCBill EU asks for?

Of course... shareholders and directors are two separate things.

I think that you will struggle to get that information for obvious reasons.

Yes, .. it's never black or white is it?

It sure would be nice to know how people are "legitimately" forming gib corps and supplying the "proper" information to comply with the VISA European Union Sponsored Merchant requirements.

-BUT ...I suppose I already know the answer to that one.

As I understand company law here it would actually be illigal to supply that information for the purpose that you are seeking.

Yes, exactly ..if you don't have a resident agent that you can "borrow," you can't comply "legitimately" to the VISA requirements.

I suspect a lot of companies that have gone this route are on VERY shaky ground.

I mean that it would actually break company law rather than Visa regs.

I did not know Thailand was part of the EU now. When did that happen?
