Hit up www.allthewhey.com if you still looking for any protein with very cheap prices. Buy the faster digesting whey protein Isolate for after work out shakes and buy why protein concentrate for a slower digesting protein for any other time of the day.

Immediately after working out, you body wants nutrients fast, hence the shake. However, an hour or so after that, eat a protein-rich MEAL.
