it doesn't exist. and I think it won't exist ever due to enormous amount of cheaters. paypal and e-passporte accounts of such system would be closed very soon. you still can try to find somebody to get your paypal and send you MB, though.

Ok, but there are at least 2 ways to handle fraud, both successfuly working with Paypal at the moment. Verifying users, limiting daily transactions.
