    Epassporte: STILL fuckin' killing me

    It's been over a month since I signed up with them and I am STILL going back and forth with their damn security department ...

    All I wanted to do was receive (and withdraw) one stinking payment, but since I am obviously the FIRST customer in the HISTORY of Epassporte to have a different shipping and residential address on file with my credit card .... this is just too much for them to comprehend.

    Do I live in the only town in the country where the USPS does not ship to your house... ???

    *sigh* ... I realize they are just trying to 'protect' me ... but it feels a lot more like an anal fisting.

    One more thing, if I could just CALL their security department (I'll even pay for the long distance) this could all be worked out in one day.

    But as it is, I have to email them (And NO, SORRY, THEY CAN'T EMAIL YOU AT YOUR REGULAR ADDRESS! You gotta login to epass each time!) and wait at least 1 full day to get a response each time.

    Arrgh.

    sorry had to vent.

          But seriously, does anyone else have their mail delivered to a PO Box because the USPS does not deliver to homes in their area?

              Email me your real name, account user name and a phone number where you can be contacted -- [email protected] -- and I will have someone get in touch with you from that department and see what they can do for you.

              Put EPASSPORTE ISSUES or something like that in the subject line so it stands out from all the crap spam I get ;)

                Had to go back to the old reliable paypal with ficticious accounts. 99% of the net uses PP so I must coincide.
