So I was in NYC yesterday at about 3rd ave and 51st when I saw an SUV parked what looked like to be too close to a fire hydrant. I keep a tape measure in my cell phone holster so i yanked it out and measured, sure enough he WAS parked to close to the hydrant. Since we live in a society of laws I wasn't about to let this criminal get away with it.
I immediately went to the nearest payphone and dialed 911, "hello," I said, "I'm witnissing a Code 40 e2 in progress", I went back and forth with the women but she said that there was nothing she could do, talk about imcomptent, I'm handing this criminal over on a silver platter and this idiot won't take me seriously!
Anyway, I though up a plan and called 911 again, "HOLY SHIT, THERE IS A MEN BEING STABBED IN A BLACK SUV WITH NEW YORK PLATES ON 51ST AND THIRED", the women tried to ask me a questions, but then I yelled, "OMG, HE SEES ME I THINK HE IS GOIGN TO COME AFTER ME, HELP HELP HELP", then I banged the phone around the booth and went into starbucks to watch the show. Abotu 5 minutes later a black van comes up and out jumps liek 8 guys that look like navy seals, guns and shit. They surround the SUV and stake out an area. I figured they would notice the actual violation that was happening.
The idiots blocked off the area, inspected the SUV and then dispersed with out taking any action. How stupid are these people? I ended up just keying the car and moving on. I can't make up for everones incompetence.
