So I quit smoking about 20 hours ago or so.
Didn't touched a cig in the meantime.
I think i can make it, because i just tell myself that i'm stronger than the others so i feel better when i dont smoke. lol

I don't want to quit smoking. I only smoke when I go out at night or after a nice meal and I like it this way

I quit smoking 2 months ago, haven't touched a cig yet! Keep it mate, it will be worth it in the end.

I tried to quit many times... I can't do that. But for you I wish best look.

It doesn't matter whether you smoke 2 packs a day or 5 cigs per day. Every cigarette you smoke paralyzes your lungs for 5 hours.

anyone know if usein a vaporizer makes a difference health wise, i heard it does it makes sense but want to make sure.

im on day 6 right now. It really becomes easier after the first 72 hours. Hang in there man, i found that extra polar ice really helps when i crave a smoke. I also decided to quit drinking for the next 6 months because that is the reason i have always started again. Its hard to have a cocktail without a smoke.
