    IBILL taking Visa

    Expect IBILL to be able to process VISA in the USA within the next couple of days. This tells me they are coming back and that is great news. Everyone who is owed money should be happy about this and stop complaining that they are not getting paid.

    If IBILL had the money they would pay you. Now that they will start to process VISA they will be able to get caught up and make everyone happy again.

              They shouldn't be relying on this weeks pay check to cover last weeks bills. Many people have dropped ibill from their rotation, or moved away completely. They will not be processing nearly as many transactions as they used to. I hope they can cover everything.

                                                  YEARS? Do any of you know pay attention to anything. First Data can hold their money for about another 6 months (depending on what the contract states). Once they get that money they will definately pay everyone.

                                                  If they get the money before that you will see your money.

                                                  If they were looking to screw everyone they would not pay anyone.

                                                                                                                  The only thing I learned from this thread is that Lawyerssuck is probably part of the iBid/iBill/Penthouse team. People have the right to be angry with iBill, the management team grossly mismanaged the First Data exit which resulted in millions of dollars being in arrears in some cases approaching 6 weeks. Some people's mortgages, car payments, rent and even food have been affected by this. To say that because they are now processing Visa the iBill-owed people should be happy is insensitive and ridiculous.

For main stream they say you should have 6 months of living expenses ready and mainstream is alot more secure than our crazy industry.Noone really knows what happen with First Data unless any of us sat in on the meetings we dont know .What was said and what actually happened. Think about about it , a company thats whole purpose is processing is going to drop the ball like that. I dont believe it was that simple.

I think IBILL had a deal with first Data to extend the contract and then they just shut IBILL down. I do not think IBILL just sat on their hands and did nothing. That just does not make any sense.

                                                                                                                                  One day the truth will come out. At this point it really does not matter. They just have to get the money that is owed to them so they can pay all of their clients.

The money is being held in some bank accounts that have been frozen while disputes are settled between iBill and the banks. There is no catching up to do, really. And no, I don't work for iBill. Merchant agreements work this way. They can freeze your money if there is a dispute.

Where did you get this information? If you are referring to first Datas bank then you are correct but I doubt that is what you are referring too.

You tell me, was that a ball hitting the ground they admitted to?

                                                                                                                                                                      Fine, but they keep rebilling non-VISA clients and WE have to pay the BW for them to access our sites. If they don't find a way to come through by the 31st like they PROMISED, they aren't going to have many customers left, if they still have any, that is.

                                                                                                                                                                      They had/have been assuring me that they would be completely caught up by the 31st. If they break that promise, they will lose what little credibility they have left. And their lack of updates doesn't help them.

Fact of the matter is though that many people live paycheck to paycheck and the adult industry is no different. These folks have been affected and I don't think you can say that they have no right to be angry about this situation. To come on here and say that everyone should be happy because they got the stored value card project going to process Visa is not going to help those people deal with the fact that its the end of the month and rent is due in a few days.

Now if this is true and first Data lied then their was nothing IBILL could do but you do not know all of the circumstances.

I really can't afford to keep missing paydays like this. I have noticed that your tone has changed a bit over the past month, from more positive to more negative. Being the big time player that you are, your change in tone concerns me a bit. I really want to believe they will pay us soon, but I am starting to have serious doubts based on the lack of timely updates in the CMI.
